Do I need to book the studio for remote production assistance?

No, our specialty is remote production is one of our care specialties. We manage the technical setup, recording, and quality control so you can focus on your conversation and your guests - not the software., microphones, or settings. You get professional sound and video without needing to step inot the studio.

What is included in the session price?

Everything you need:

On-site Sound & Recording Engineer
Audio + video recording equipment
Headphones
Lighting
Private studio space
In Studio & Remote Guest Setup and support
A full sound check and set setup
Raw files at the end

You don't need to bring any equipment.

How long are the sessions?

All bookings are 1-hour minimum and in 30-minute increments.
We don’t rush your recording. There’s always time to mic up, set up lighting, adjust your seating, and get comfortable before we hit record. We require a 1-hour minimum because setup, sound, lighting, and settling in take time. It prevents rushing and ensures your episode starts strong.

How does the booking request work?

When you submit a booking request, it is not an automatic confirmation. We review all requests and respond within 24 hours to either:

Confirm your requested date and time, or
Offer alternative available options if that slot is already booked.

Once the time is confirmed, payment is required to secure the booking. All bookings require a non-refundable payment to reserve the session.

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled, however our cancellation policy applies. If a session is cancelled after payment, clients receive a credit that can be used toward future studio time within 6 months. Credits are only issued according to the cancellation policy.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We understand schedules change and things come up. If you need to cancel after payment, you’ll receive a studio credit that can be used toward future recording time within 6 months. Credits can be applied to any available day or time.

Because we reserve the space, equipment, and engineer specifically for your session—and because that time becomes unavailable to others once booked—payments are non-refundable. We prepare the studio and block out the schedule in advance, so this policy helps ensure fairness for everyone recording with us.

If you need to reschedule or adjust your booking, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help within our available schedule.

What happens if I arrive late or go over my scheduled time?

Your recording session begins and ends at the time you booked. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original end time and the rate remains the same. We aren’t able to adjust, extend, or discount studio time due to late arrivals.

If you need extra time and the schedule allows for it, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Additional time can be added and is billed in-session at the standard rate.

To make sure you receive the full value of your session, please plan to arrive on time and ready to record.

Does the price include scripting, content planning, or podcast strategy?

No. We expect clients to arrive prepared with:

Their show format
Talking points or scripts
Recording plan
Guest booking handled

We help bring your vision to life, but we don’t create the vision for you.

Can I add on editing or post production services?

We focus strictly on recording but we do offer basic editing for a fee.
We can refer you to trusted editors and post-production professionals if you need more editing than what we offer.

Can musicians record here?

Yes. You can book the studio for rehearsals or professional music recording. We do require musicians to call ahead because availability, setup, and session needs are different from podcasting.

Are there other recording types available to book?

Yes. The studio supports a variety of content types, including:

YouTube recordings
Business and promotional videos
Commercials
Legacy video and audio projects
Audiobooks
Training videos
Voiceovers
Musicians — audio or video

If it requires clean audio and professional lighting, the space will work.

Do you support remote guests and virtual interviews?

Yes. We set up remote guest audio and connections for you. You do not need any special equipment.

Can I book the studio for long-form or multi-episode recording?

Absolutely. Many clients batch record multiple episodes or video sessions in one booking to maximize studio time.

Can I record nudity or explicit content?

No. Nudity is strictly prohibited in our studio.
